Long Service Award Nominations: DEADLINE APPROACHING 🚩

Tomorrow is the Deadline to Submit an LSA Nomination Form 

The Department of Municipal and Provincial Affairs, in conjunction with Professional Municipal Administrators (PMA,) will present Long Service Awards at the 2024 PMA Convention.

Eligible Positions: City Manager, Town Manager, City Clerk, Town Clerk, Department Head

Eligible Years of Service: 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45 and 50.

Note: Years of service are cumulative and do not need to be served consecutively. Time served in positions other than those specified above will not be used to determine eligibility.

Please see the attached application for the 2024 Long Service Award for Municipal Administrators. 

The deadline to submit an application is March 1st and applications must be submitted directly to PMA via the email address indicated on the application. The application will be used for both PMA and the Department of Municipal and Provincial Affairs Long Service Awards.

Please ensure prior to submission that you are nominating individuals that fit the criteria and have held positions as listed above.
