DESCRIPTION:Employers are required to protect workers from hazards that are a risk to their psychological health and safety (PHS). The first step an employer should take is to assess the workplace for these hazards and find ways to reduce the risk of psychological harm to workers. This workshop will cover practical tools to help workplaces find and control these hazards.
